Since civilizations earliest beginnings every culture utilized a system martial art. These systems were used in defense of self, family, property, village, monarchy, or in the conquest of the same. Each possessing it's own unique philosophy or style, they were passed down from generation to generation, teacher to student, until one day they would come to be known by various names. These names were generally given to reflect the culture, the creator, the master teacher, the way it was used, or another nostalgic influence. Over the years cultures came together through migration, trade, commerce, and conquest. With this blending of the cultures came a blending of the arts. Throughout time, the martial arts have evolved. What is unique to our time is the amount of knowledge one can learn if they are willing. Today we call this blending MMA.  In fact the mixing of arts has always existed and will continue to exist as long as knowledge is passed down for generation to generation, teacher to student. MMA is not something new. What is different about MMA is that the martial arts have returned to their roots. MMA students learn how to use what you know in a real fight. Training MMA is not about demonstration or showmanship, it is about application. Simply put being able to fight to defend yourself. This is the heart of our programs. The Academy offers the following .

Kids Little Dragons
An Introduction to  "The Martial Arts"

Providing a child martial arts training is an investment in their future.  The martial arts differ from recreational sports or activities in that it is personal.  When taught in the appropriate manner the martial arts forms a foundation of physical activity, instills mental discipline, provides a sense of accomplishment, gives a way of self improvement, and teaches self defense.  The skills and traits children acquire through the martial arts will benefit them for the rest of their lives.  From the television to the play station, the internet, and X box, children are far less active.  In order to develop properly children must have physical activity.  They must learn not to just watch it, but to live it; not to just play it, but to become it; not to just download it, but to experience it.  Little Dragons provides children all this and more.

Adult Mixed Martial Arts

"For Everyone"

The Martial Arts begin with conditioning! Many people put off training or don't get involved because they believe they must be in shape in order to participate. This assumption is wrong! Training in the martial arts is getting into shape; it is staying in shape, and living a healthy lifestyle.  At this academy you don't need to be the next hardcore ultimate fighter in order to train MMA.  We understand you need to get up and go to work the next morning.  This is why our program teaches MMA in a manner appropriate for all

Mixed Martial Arts Fight Team

"
The Crucible "

‘To Be or Want to Be’  If your goal is to not just watch it but to live it, then show up and train.  The name of the Fight Team is "The Crucible".  The term signifies a severe trail or test. A crucible is a place were molten metal collects to begin its journey, it's transformation into steel.  This is the warriors way - for all battles are won before they begin. Within the “Crucible” team members undergo extensive Mixed Martial Arts training. Rigorous in our approach, training is physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding. The fighters’ bodies must be hardened, the mind tempered, until the desire to win burns inside.  While some claim to be it, we teach it. While you watch it, We train it. While others dream of it, We live it.
