The Instructors I have
trained under are the finest Martial Artist in the world. It continues
to be my privilege to learn from them. As I continue to grow in the
martial art, the academy's curriculum will continue to expand. The
arts listed form the foundation of our Mixed Martial Arts program. As I
continue to learn, this program will continue to
explore these areas, and incorporate additional arts. |

Martial Conditioning
The Martial Arts Begins with conditioning our program incorporates
Modern Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Enhancement-Psychology,
combined with ancient martial art principles of total body development,
heath, wellness, mental disciple, and the holistic arts. Many principles
used in exercise sciences are derived directly from the the arts.
Today's fitness programs pull directly from methods use in martial arts
conditioning. This is because no other form of training can provide you
with a system so complete in its approach to total body development,
overall general heath, or wellness. From performance enhance for
athletes, to individual weight loose, Martial Conditioning will provide
you with a level of total fitness surpassed by none.

Mixed Martial Arts Basics
Students begin in our unique blend of the best Mixed Martial Arts.
Strikes, punches, kicks, knees, elbows, locks, holds, throws, takedowns,
and conditioning. Our program is appropriate for everyone regardless of
physical conditioning or age. Our fun interactive approach to training
will increase physical health, reduce stress, and provide you with the
ability to fight to protect yourself. This is not a line up and drill
karate class. This is Mixed Martial Arts training consisting of bag
work, pad work, interactive drills, and more. Children women, teens, men
- everyone can benefit. To view the material that makes up our Kids MMA

of this program will receive rank in the fighting arts.

Advanced & Fighters
Once, adult students have completed their
basic intro they are eligible to participate in our advanced MMA program. Training
in our advanced MMA program consist of the following arts. Along with
descriptions of the arts-systems the instructors-founders are
represented, this is to honor them and inform you. Student participating
in the program may choose (through class attendance) the area or art
they wish to specialize in. From Stand-up to Ground, JKD, Thai Boxing,
CSW, Jiu-jitsu, or the Filipino Martial Arts one membership provides you
access to all the martial arts of our academy. |

Fan Gung Fu The Art & Philosophy of Jeet Kune Do
Bruce Lee combined Wing
Chun, various techniques from Chinese systems,
Western Boxing, Wrestling, Fencing, Judo, and Jiu Jitsu, This Innovative
system was radically ahead of its time. Jun Fan was the first Modern
Mixed Martial fighting system. This system emphasizes "ranges of
combat", "kicking", "hand", and "trapping - grappling range". Through
its philosophy J.K.D. effectively changed the evolution of the martial
arts. Jun Fan training consists of punching, striking ,kicking ,knees,
elbow, throwing, takedowns, trapping, submissions, and more.

Combat Submission Wrestling
This is a two part system that utilizes the
best standing, takedowns, tackles and throws from Judo, Sambo, Greco,
Collegiate and Freestyle Wrestling. The grappling system consists of 3
parts: Positioning/Controls ·Escapes/reversals ·Finishes/submissions.
These techniques are taken from Judo, Sambo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Shooto,
Pancrase and Catch-as-Catch-Can Wrestling.

one of the most powerful techniques in all of the arts - the Thai Round
Kick. Thai boxing is one of the most widely trained fighting arts in the

Thai Boxing. Into the structure of our Thai curriculum we incorporate
Western Boxing. Boxing develops timing and rhythm, combined with
footwork, body-movements, covering and punching this art has become the

Jujutsu: (The Art of Gentleness)
The Empty Hand Fighting System of the Samurai Jujutsu is the forefather
of Aikido, Akijutsu, Judo, and Brazilian Jiujutsu. Jujutsu is the Art of
Grappling. Some systems only focus on one aspect of this Art. The
Bushi-Ryu System focuses on all aspects of this Art including Striking
Kobudo (Weapons Art)
The ancient weapon art of the peasant people of Okinawa. In ancient
times every culture learned to protect there village, home, or person,
from attack. The farmers and fishermen of Okinawa developed systems
using every day common objects as methods of defense the Bo, oar Sai,
Nunchuku, Tonfa, and Kama are only a few of the weapons learned in this
art. As student learn these ancient weapons. They are shown how to apply
the techniques to the common object of today
Kenjutsu (The Way of The Sword)
"The Way of the Sword". The Ancient Art of the Samurai Warrior Governed
by the Bushido Code "The Way of the Warrior". Today, Kenjutsu is broken
into various different or separate Arts Iaido, Batto-do, Kendo, and
others. Our system views the Art as a whole practicing all components of
this vast Weapon based Art. |
