Our MMA Weapons & Defense program teaches The Filipino Fighting Arts of Kali, Escrima, and Silat. Used by Military Special Forces, FMA is one of the most highly developed systems in the world. Commonly thought of as a weapon art, it is far more. The art could be describe as "Street MMA" where there are no rules,  where anything and everything is and can become a weapon. This program will teach you to utilize and defend the Stick, Dagger, or Empty Hands. wether standing or on the ground you will learn lock, holds, throws, takedowns, kick, knees, elbows, striking, and weapons within all ranges of combat. Self defense is about life and death in reality there are no rules, no referees. Classes offered Tuesday 8-9pm, Saturday 8-9am
